Can your CMS handle multi lingual site with each language having separate design?

Yes it is possible to deploy multi linugal website which is managed from same admin interface. Each language can have it's own content, design and search separate from the other. Each design can be based on Responsive Web Design The multi lingual website can be a mix of LTR and RTL sections. The admin interface however still remains English by default. It's only the front end which is multi-lingual separate design.
